business case you are working with as APM in projectized organization and one of your colleagues was wick your manager has scheduled an urgent meeting for the customer projects which related to your colleague project a deal size 5.500.00 scope : migrate customers legacy network to sdwan scope volume 500 clients complexity high the customer is expecting delivery on time first time right with no business impact delay penalties : 5.000 perday taregt delivery date after 10 days project status RED project is delayed 400- 500 sites delivered legacy connection at remaining 100 sites will be cased by the current providers in 15 days technical resources limitation due to worked load not all invoices for the completed sites have been billed project B Deal size $700.00 scope Lan hardware refresh (switch and access points) for all 150 customer sites scope volume : 50.000 devices current status project complex , up and running as per the conformation received from your solution arc challenge :- customer project closure sign off is still pending hence technical documents acceptance is on hold and billing is delayed your colleague didnt get any response from the customer and customer doesnt want to sign off without his manager approval who is on leave and will back in 2 weeks business case required 1- come up with stategy and approach on how to tackle the above challenge /risks and support your ogranizational objectives (max customer experience and expediting revenue realization to be discussed with your manager 2- prepare the customer presentation for the call you have in 1 day to review the project progress and next action plan
