Assessment centre: role play + case study presentation. The role play is designed as a stress test, so try to stay calm and think about how you would try to resolve the conflict. Case study: focus on key points that you want to highlight and be convincing when explaining your rationale. Do note that this assessment centre will not ask you behavioural nor competency questions. I felt that the AC was the most stressful part of the application process, so it's worth preparing for it and staying calm. Panel interview questions: 1. Why did you choose Wholesale banking? 2.
