The business owner/hiring manager asked mainstream, expected questions during the interview, i.e. • What is your professional experience with gardening, particularly edibles • Are you based in the South Bay (of metro Los Angeles) since all the clients live there • What is your educational background For the job in question, the business owner/hiring manager requires "4 years or associate degree or certification in horticulture, agriculture, urban farming or related field or certification as a Master Gardener, UC Victory Gardener or permaculturist and at least 3 years experience growing and maintaining edible gardens including your own." I have excerpted these requirements verbatim from the job description.
