I really like their technical phone interview format -- instead of asking CS Algo questions, they asked me to 1) refactor an existing implementation, 2) add new feature, and 3) test new feature. It felt very much like real world engineering task. For the onsite, there were 1) background deep dive 2) culture fit 3) system design
