Talk about a performance issue you had to solve: how did you approach the problem? How did you fix it?
Unfortunately the interviewer did not ask any hard-hitting questions during my interview. They will ask you some kind of analytical questions about situations where you have to help multiple customers at once (general multitasking), and also, why you want to work for Apple.
