Like I said, if you have the experience, it isn't difficult.
In the phone interview, it was just like he wanted to get to know me. We mostly went over my resume and then I got to ask him questions. The in person interviews were more behavioral, but only one of my interviewers asked me the standard behavioral interview questions and wrote things down. The other interviewer and I had more of a conversation, but he seemed to talk way more than I did.
Why do you want to join the LP team (Loss Prevention).
When was the last time you responded to a suspicious activity either in your personal or professional life.
Standard ethics questions. As well as kid like questions. Do you show up on time? Do you miss a lot of days. How are you under stress? Do you like talking to people? etc.
Time when you did well on a team.
Give example of above and beyond customer service that you have provided in a former job.
