Any customer service job is a plus as is any sales experience. Sales of various insurance products (loss damage waiver) and "upselling" customers into larger vehicles is strongly emphasized for counter reps.

Would you be willing to stay more than a year? This question made me realize the turnovers for the position that I applied for. This technically is not the most difficult question however, it is a question for which should have been a red flag on the job itself.
