The in-person was pretty standard, the administrator was very personable and friendly. The online skill test was a combination of multiple choice and simulation. The multiple choice questions were all spelling and grammar. The simulation questions asked you to do various tasks in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You have 40 minutes to complete 33 questions.
