Getting my swimming up to par and answering to three supervisors since the beach was going through a transition of power from one manager to another. ALso, learning to work as a team in very strenuous scenarios, big surf, unexpected conditions and situations while always feeling like I was being "tested"can become very stressful. The beach dynamics have become MUCH more laid back that in the past.
