they will ask how you would handle or react to 2 or 3 scenarios involving patron behavior. for adult services they will want to know your technology competencies and if you can offer 1:1 assistance. for youth services they will ask about your experiences working with the age group, examples of a time you had to do xyz. children's services are asked about their comfort level singing in front of children and will be asked to sing a song or do a mock story time
