Name a time you made a commitment to a customer and had a hard stop to were you were not able to meet their expectations and how did you resolve the issue?
Do you turn in flawed work by deadline or make it perfect and turn it in late?
All the questions are pretty typical. "Explain a time when you had to deal with an angry customer." "Explain a time when you went above and beyond to help a customer." Etc, etc.
