Why are you interested in this job?
Immediately started with salary expectations, then the recruiter just went line by line through my experience and told me to describe it. Very little actual dialogue.

This role required a panel interview and 30 min presentation on my background with examples of relevant projects.
It's been a few months, I do not recall specific questions, but I can say the were either not challenging, or totally unrelated to the position. For example, I was asked to privately meet with a product, who proceeded to quiz me on product design, theory and practices.

Interviewer contradicted himself during our conversation in regard to culture, DEIB, and compensation. He also became aggressive when I mentioned my years of experience and coached me to reduce my work experience so I appeared "younger for leadership"
