The questions were very specific to the position and my relevant background as well. I was asked about my experience facilitating training, and my experience with research. I was also asked a few hypothetical questions about how I would address certain situations between learners and the company itself. Overall, the questions were relevant and more specific to the position than "typical" interview questions.

Leadership styles. Various questions from a per-prepared pack of questions. No real conversation. Just a series of questions. All very one way. Having left the interview I felt they knew little about me and I knew less about them.
All questions were behavioral, where they described scenarios and asked for examples of how you handled similar situations.
