Part 2 (30 min): Design Methodology Presentation 15 minute presentation 10 minutes of questions Review the below scenario and explain how you would approach the work. Walk the panel through the steps you would take, what the learning objectives would be, and what the final deliverable would look like. You may choose to share a slide presentation, example documents or images as you explain the process to the panel. Scenario: Sales reps often find themselves having conversations with customers about pricing. Data shows that reps are uncomfortable approaching these conversations. Their discomfort leads them to jump directly into offering discounts too early in the process. They navigate the conversations without confidence which leads to lost opportunities. You have been asked to build training for reps that will help reduce discounting habits.
