Being asked to fill out a 2 page application after 2 interviews and an extensive resume is submitted seemed a bit odd. There was also no discussion around the paperwork either.

I didn't get to that phase as they didn't bother to with the interview.

They asked scenario based questions.
Unexpected...all of them since the role was not what I came to interview/discuss.
