Why are you interested in the role
They asked me if I would be willing to drive back and forth between facilities, which was at the time around 1.5-2 hours by car, one way.

The most challenging aspect of this was dealing with the seemingly inflexible person chairing the search. I also had to correct the phone number in a confirmation email preceding the call.
