A lot of "tell me a time when" style questions based on the Amazon Leadership Principles. Talking about your experiences and how you handled situations was almost exclusively the style of questions. I was applying in Germany, so part of the interview was in German (they want a B2 level minimum), this was a much bigger part of the Ops interview than HR had indicated it would be in my initial screening interview. Also, Ops were very interested in how you had used "models" to structure your decision making in previous experiences (i.e. 6-sigma and Spaghetti-maps etc etc). I found this a bit irrelevant and frustrating because the 'on-campus' visitors had been very clear that they spend a long time in the on-boarding process training you in the models Amazon uses internally.
