For a lead role, They asked to find bugs in the PHP code for more than 30 minutes in 50 minutes interview. then they will ask you some framework related questions (which is awful), and in the end, decent OOP problem So people applying for lead role must be aware that in interview what they ask is actually a junior developer level questions.
