I've been given a test that was basically about showing a list of drivers on a map, updating positions, calculating closest driver based on the user position, etc. Very basic thing. Had 2 or 3 days to do it. I've seen other people here saying that they basically wanted you to work for free and never hire you, which is ridiculous. This is a typical hiring exercise, designed to measure your various skills. They threw my work away as soon as I passed that step.
The first interview had an introduction with HR and a very senior technical manager, a short questions and answers test followed by an in-depth technical discussion with the senior technical manager and the CEO. The second interview comprised a pairing exercise on which I could have done better.
First round was of problem solving nature and later had some low level design, lib creation questions.

Power day interview part two: Pair code assignment with two developers. It was a code signal easy problem with a focus on giving the solution as production ready as possible.
