Asked about the operating system concepts.
Engineering school days question like Draw SFD & BMD diagram. Calculate the Force on the system. I am having more than 13 years of experience for me this school days questions are very silly as I have studied 13 years back and I belive in practical work now. I had worked for several projects from Concept to Delivery. They should have asked more sitution based question instead of these school days formulae.

First, a 2 hour online tests. You solve some algorithm problems and answer some questions. Nothing too hard. A call with manager where you explain your technical expertise and another call with some engineers to deep dive your past and to do some code reviewers.
Solve some coding tasks, talk about architecture, etc.
