Lead Business Analyst Interview Questions

313 lead business analyst interview questions shared by candidates

First, it was too short and not long enough to elaborate about my experience nor did I get the chance to know the company as I wanted to. Second, there was a clear lack of interest in the skills and the value that can be potentially brought to the organization, total and blatant boredom and disinterest attitude. Third, the immense lack of the ability to listen and comprehend what I’m trying to explain was obvious, too many irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with the job itself or my resume, no actual real questions about the core duties of the job itself, the answers to my questions were short and very discouraging to continue the hiring process. To top it off, cameras on the other side were being switched-off intermittently and repetitively by the interviewers for no apparent reason and without an apology, people just mute and disappear, it says a lot about the character, the work culture and how they treat people. To sum it up, it was poorly managed and the main theme of the meeting was total awkwardness and zero sense of professionalism, which is discouraging to continue the hiring process, this is by far my least favourite interview experience I’ve ever gone through.
