literally nothing, both employees came very later, at least like 20-25 min late. and they both didn't seem very interested or cared about it. Literally didn't ask anything, just some formal questions and let me go. It seemed like they already hired someone before my interview. I was kinda disappointed about it later, cause had to drive like an hour to get there.
I can't remember any of the questions but would look into behavioral interview questions and the STAR method.
Talk to me about your background? Motivations for the role? Projects that you have worked on.
Actually there wasn’t a whole lot the VP loved to talk about himself and never got to know you or your skill set.
