One question that stood out was asking me about my cooking. Mind you, at this location I saw exactly one POC and about 3 women of at least total 30 people. The leadership was exclusively white men. They asked if you measure things in the kitchen (in spite of pipetting and following protocol listed on my resume) as if idk the difference between a spaghetti and a legally binding laboratory protocol.

They ask you to describe your scientific background and about why you would make the move to this laboratory. I didn't get any of the truly strange HR questions some interviews have (e.g., what pizza topping would you be and similar).
