about my experience with the tools
There were aptitude questions and reasoning questions to test your speed. Some sequence problems using numbers and letters . I thought it was easy but then I did not get a call back. Guess they wanted more.

De belangrijkste vragen die aan mij zijn gesteld: * Wat draag jij bij aan een team? * Waarom heb je gereageerd? * Wie ben jij? Dit zijn standaardvragen, maar vooral met de laatste had ik persoonlijk zelf het meeste moeite mee, dus die heb ik ook goed voorbereidt, wat hielp tijdens een gesprek. Tegelijkertijd wil je je niet te goed voorbereiden om wel ruimte te geven aan spontane reacties en je eigen persoonlijkheid.
