The recruiter interview is was mostly "tell me about your self" and "tell me about your past roles" The personality test asks you to stack rank your replies to various "what would you do in this situation?" where they give you 5 potential answers and you rank them best to worst. For the Hiring Manager interview they have 3-4 standard "Tell me about a time where..." type behavioral questions.

The questions were more around the work I had done in the past, and my understanding of the security and the problems SFDC was facing.
