The questions were about my prior work experience, responsibilities, why I would like to work for Uncommon school, what is my expected level of compensation, there were few general IT-related questions but most of them were standard HR-area general questions, nothing that was unexpected. She also inquired if I had any questions about Uncommon schools or the position itself. After 1 week I've received the automated email indicating that there would be no in person interview as I was not selected(not sure 'why' as my profile had 100% what they were looking for with the exception of no experience working at schools).

Some questions were related about my experience, and some questions I've heard about, but hasn't received yet in my career, such as: "Why do you think we should hire you? Why do you think you fit for this position? How would you sell one of our products (and it was not a sales position)
