They asked for about priority incidents and the basic ITIL severity scale, they were right to do so, it's a must for this type of job. I understand a P1 severity and production outages, and more importantly how to seek resolution, PIR and RCA so that it may never occur again. CI (configuration items) also offer a knowledge base of sorts in itself, I have plans on utilizing that .
Give an example of a critical incident you encountered within your service and how did you manage it
Nothing memorable. The questions were boilerplate situational questions, less so about my experience and what a candidate would bring to the role.
