One of the unexpected questions I was asked was whether I had any problems taking orders from a person of the opposite gender.
You're asked about how well you can perform the job and when dealing with NAS, RAID, and cloud storage. They want to see how much you know about these subjects.
One question was a user having an issue with connecting a smart tv to a wireless network and the various troubleshooting steps I would take. Another was someone having issues with display settings on an additional screen. Nothing too crazy technical.
