I was asked about my job experience and how to approach situations that might be facing. Got questions like “how would you rate that you did a good job” and about handling difficult situations. The homework I got was about describing how to handle an hypothetical migration case.

The recruiter introduced himself so quickly that I could not even understand his name but I understood that was from experis. He said I applied for a senior IT manager position and asked me immediately a question about my relevant experience. I told him that in the last 3-4 days I applied for a number of IT manager positions and asked him to give me an overview of the vacancy as I could not remember the details. He just said that I applied for a Head of IT role... So I gave him an overview of what I thought was my relevant experience and then he asked a more generic questions about management which I answered and at the end he said he would send me the job description so that I could review it. After more then 5 days I am still waiting the JD... very unprofessional! I am sure I will need to recruit technical staff in my next role and I will not use experis as I do not want my employer to be represented by such poor incapable and arrogant people! There are much better agencies out there!!

The "Google Interview" questions were the frog in the well, and the number of times the hands on a clock are parallel in a day (again, look those up) . Also asked a "trick question" about a "private abstract function" (which I did reply "I don't know why you would want to do that".

Standard book questions. Why do you want to work here. Where do you see yourself in 5 years. Why should I hire you? (HR doesn't hire people, the positions management does), Boring, non-insightful, off the shelf questions. Yawn.
