They asked a couple technical questions such as: how would you troubleshoot a laptop that does not have the display functioning and how would you install a printer properly. I was also asked customer service related questions such as how would you handle a client who is angry and acting hostile.
Provided several technical scenarios and asked how I would respond and address the issue.
