All questions related to what we learnt during training
Interview questions are basic competency questions; when have you been part of a team and not met a goal, why did this happen, what would you do differently etc. A few background knowledge and applied knowledge questions thrown in too. I.e, what would the president of the bank think is the most important technical aspect to invest in. Then general questions like what is your biggest flaw.
Usual competence based questions e.g strengths, weaknesses, examples of showing initiative, examples of situations when had to be calm under pressure and how issue was resolved. Technical questions of prototyping, parameter passing, but mostly asking about what I had done at University and how I had done it
