Recruiter had no IT questions for the role. Very surprised. CIO asked very basic questions for the role I was interviewing for. Also noticed products using were very outdated except for their EHR. Seemed to me that the CIO would be very hands -on. He also came off as confrontational and this would not be a role I would want to pursue.
