When looking at a potential client what ratios do you use to analyze their credit risk.
This was an extremely long interviewing process, it lasted about 4 months. What I didn't appreciate was that I was never told what to expect in terms of length of the process, number of interviews and the time commitment required to complete the case. After each single interview I asked about the next steps but I never got a straightforward clear answer. Initially the HR manager told me the group needed to hire the person in a month or so, and the same day the hiring manager told me that they were at the early stages in the hiring process. When I ask about the case the manager told me that I could complete the case through a skype interview (looking back I don't see how could I have completed a 4 day case through skype...). By the time I received the case I had invested so much time and energy on that process that I felt I needed to work on the case. I was hoping that was going to be the last step. Little I know that I still had to present the case to a panel and have four more interviews. This was a long and frustrating process I felt I was blindfolded throughout the process.
