The STAR questions seemed fairly standard but none of the three interviewers seemed to be on the same page about what position needed filled and what they were looking for. They asked each other nearly as many questions as they asked me which I think had an effect on my overall interview.
Nothing too difficult. Usual "why Gap" and "strengths/weakness" questions. Be able to talk analytically through retail/inventory scenarios such as how much stock to send to a certain store and what kind of information you'd assess before making your decision.
Recall a time you had to motivate a team.
Have you had to deliver bad news and if so what was the outcome? Why are you applying for the role? Walk me through your current work history.
How will you benefit our company?
