I received a call from a Language Specialist, who was fantastic! very motivating! he then ask about my experience and also told me he was there to guide me and offer any type of aid I would need during my first 90 days of being hired.

There is a test we need you to take. It turned out to be an insurance claim case, and I had to interpret the recorded test. The quality of the sound was ok.
