Durante l'ultimo colloquio nel primo step ci hanno fatto conoscere l'azienda e fatto alcune domande per vedere se la conoscessimo. In seguito abbiamo estratto a sorte alcune domande ad esempio: la prima volta che sei venuto a contatto con la moda, oppure come affronti lo stress. Poi abbiamo creato ed ideato un business plan noi candidati tutti insieme. Poi abbiamo avuto un minitest su un'applicazione. Un test per la posizione di consulente e infine un ultimo colloquio motivazionale.
