They ask very basic interview questions. It’s clear they’re operating off “do I like you?” and less about how qualified you are for a role.

The strangest part if their “chronological deep dive” interview into your work history. This is where they will pass on amazing candidates for something in their career early career and disregard your past 7 years of proven work and experience- even though this is what they seem to be looking for? They have a real unicorn type of hiring process and passing on very distinctive talent.
