They asked about my background, interests, ambitions and also some technical questions. Questions got more difficult as I passed on to the next phases of the selection process.
How well do you work under pressure? How was your experience with the previous employer? What problems did you face there, to make sure they're not repeated here? Would you say you have anger issues? How well do you work in a team?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
They asked questions based on my work and experience. There wasn't wrong or write answers in my case because my work was more academic. Determining a starting salary was difficult for me personally. Without having much experience in the roll I was applying for made it a difficult when asked what my salary requirements are. Make sure you think about this ahead of time and be realistic, it seems that if they can meet your mark they will but I am not sure if they are negotiators. It didn't come up in most of my interviews but it did come up in this one, so it helps to be prepared.
Questions were very striaght forward. They are looking for someone that meshes well with the firm as a whole and each team.
