First round topics with Head of Design (1hr): - background/experience scan - vision on design methodology - discussing TravelBird's company goals & KPI's - discussing current state of the design team and way of working within company Follow up / home work (3hrs): I was asked to send my portfolio before the second round of interview to dive into my design process. After sending my portfolio I was asked to give more insight on my experience regarding: - customer research - branded experience - business requirements - ux strategy - interaction and visual design - production design
