They asked about my background in insurance, why I was interested in this position, my general work history, and what my thoughts about travel in the job generally.
Vague questions are the worst for me, such as, "Describe a time when you went above and beyond." Which was one question. One was a time management question. " You have 15 minutes to get to an appointment at 2, you also have to return an email by 2. In addition to this you have 3 phone calls to return by the end of the day and some emails to return by the end of the day. Which tasks do you do first?" Another question was, " You give a claimant and estimate stating that their car will take 9 hours and x amount of dollars to repair, the mechanic you are using accuses you of trying to cheat the customer, what do you do?"
