Did not get into the interview questions - please see reason above. I gathered during the interviewer's diatribe that the interview process comprised of certain job specific questions as well as other more mundane behavioral /situational questions. Pretty standard.

How would I deal with less than stellar employees?
I will not reveal exact questions because of NDA but it was similar to a typical Amazon or Meta TPM interview. Be ready to talk in detail about how you ran projects, cross functional collaboration, risk management, giving feedback to superiors etc. I was advised to talk about a variety of projects and not just focus on 1 or 2. I think I did above average and was not selected despite having worked at Amazon for 2 years.
