Interview questions certainly focused on my past experience and specific accomplishments. In addition, personality and cultural fit were of key focus. Teamwork, supportiveness, kindness, diversity, transparency, communication, etc. all were important topics well covered in the interviews.

The interview questions were pretty standard HR-approved boilerplate. The technical questions were fairly easy and I felt the freedom to be honest when I wasn't completely sure of the answers.
