They asked me what type of experience did i have and how long have i been working.
Although the job description asked for someone with experience in Records and Information management the majority of the questions were about IT implementations and not about managing the actual information.
- tell about yourself, how did your goals and experience align with IOM and this position - how would you approach the data gathering process in a certain situation - do you have experience working with specific tools - how would you deal with with specific work-related situation (HR matters) - tell about your conflict with colleagues and the most pressing task you dealt with - how would you act in situation when you need something from the stakeholder who is ignoring your emails
