Proctored, and speed based so don't waste too much time or it will log you out, A lot of word based algebra, some very simple grammer and a section for programming (this was the non-tech version) that just wants to assess how quickly you pick up new concepts-you need not be a programmer.
Unexpected - do you like to cook? What's the last new thing you made and can you explain to me how you made it? --- not difficult, just unexpected.

No difficult questions. What do you know of the position and what do you know of Micros. Are you aware of the traveling requirements... etc.
How well do you work with Millennials? (Ooops, isn't that like asking how well I work with Asians or Blacks?)
