General competency, skill based and role specific questions. The team was very personable and made the series of interviews casual and conversational based. There was a requirement of a skill based presentation - the task was quite generalised and allowed for the candidate to tailor their approach quite freely and add their own interpretation to it. Although, some candidates may struggle with the generalised approach - though the HR team was happy to help facilitate gathering answers to any specific questions I had in relation to the task.
