The interviews were casual. I spoke with a recruiter on the phone to discuss various aspects of the position and my experience. Led to an in-person interview with existing team members to discuss products and needs for the position.

I was asked about my experiences working with offshore manufacturing teams.
Interview with HR, then hiring manager individually, followed by a day of panel interviews with the engineering team you'll be joining. One or two people per panel for 30min each, several panels.

Tell us about a time you overcame a hard technical problem?
It started with a phone screen with the HR manager, followed by a 45 minute discussion with the hiring manager. Next I met with a wide range of the team members. Each round was done over Zoom and the questions were all standard relative to the job.
