It took close to 3 weeks, partly because I couldn't get a perfect time slot for the interviews. There was one initial phone call with the hiring manager. Once they feel comfortable with the knowledge levels of yours, they'd proceed with the next rounds of interviews. There were 5 more interviews, where questions revolve around your coding and technical skills. I think the fact that I am on a visa played against me.
