What is your total Exp. What team size are you handling. Why are you looking change. No technical questions. In terms of recruitment they do not talk about numbers. May be the donot have idea about that.
To provide an example where I have had to make a big decision quickly, what was it, how did I do it, what happened etc.
Do you watch the news or our tv channels, answer was not and they stop the interview, I am applying for a journalist or HR role, why do I need to watch tv? I know the company as I have done my research on a website but you must
