None of the questions were difficult. One question was odd in that I was asked if I had union experience. This interview was for a director level position and the question revealed more about the interviewers and company than it did me.
About Company in which they are coming for interview
Developing a compensation analysis plan for the company that would be right and fit the expectation of the interviewer.
At the close of the interview, the following question was asked: What question have we NOT asked you, that would give us a better understanding of your skills, experience, and capabilities?
They asked questions about my experience in Human Resources and how I was staying abreast of current issues.
