We spoke about my experience (which is more than 10 years) Asked me what my favorite movie was and then asked general human resources questions. Asked me if I knew the ADP Payroll system and what HRIS system I have worked with.
no questions were asked but they went on and on about their process and organization.
Very intruding questions about my personal lives specially my family plan
There weren't really any interview questions. I just set back and listened to them explain their problems to me. It wasn't really an interview more like a talking session.
